COVID-19: SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (Update: July 30th, 2020):
We are slowly getting out all US orders which were received starting in March 2020. Our mail-order is going to be closed for the whole month of August to deal with it. You can still place an order, but please keep in mind that it is not going to ship before Sept 1st.

Unfortunately at the moment we can't ship to the following countries:
Australia, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, New Zealand.

If you purchased a tracking number and you haven't received it yet, it's because your package is still at our Berlin warehouse. It will be sent to you as soon the restriction is lifted.

COVID-19: SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS (Update: April 1st, 2020):
Our mail-order is open. You can still place an order and we will continue to send out (pre) orders, but each shipment will probably experience delays and limitations due to international regulations / economic restrictions. Our warehouse is located in Berlin, Germany and for the moment most of the non-EU orders have been blocked.
If you (pre) ordered something in the last couple of weeks, your package is definitely on the way, it has already left our warehouse. But, we cannot really predict when you will receive it.

If you purchased a tracking number and you haven't received it yet, it's because your package is still at the Berlin post office. It will be sent to you as soon the restriction is lifted.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS:
- All packages are shipped from Berlin, Germany.
- We ship packages once a week.
- All orders are shipped via airmail and don’t include tracking numbers. If you want one, you need to request it and/or paid for it on top of the standard shipping costs. Standard airmail is totally at your own risk. A package without a tracking number will not be refunded.

- If you live in Germany, a package usually takes two / three working days to arrive at its destination from the day it’s shipped. Seven / ten working days in EU and two / three weeks if you live outside EU. Sometimes, a package only takes a week to arrive in the US, and in rare cases a month.
- Most of the time, if a package gets lost, it’s because you have entered in your old / wrong address connected to your Paypal account. Please double-check it before placing your order.
- We are not Amazon, but just a band who loves their fans and wants to make them happy. Please don’t send 1000 emails asking where your package is, when it was shipped, when we are planning to ship it etc.... Please practice patience. Thanks!
